The person behind it
I'm Rosh Java. After 15+ years designing for agencies and some of Australasia's largest brands, I started Handled to become the design partner businesses keep.
More about how I work →One asset, one purpose. A DL flyer counts as one request [both sides]. Social graphics up to five tiles on one theme count as one. Signage is counted per sign design. Vehicle decals are counted as one standard sedan set. Profile cards are counted per batch [one agent or one office]. Presentation deck refreshes are counted per section.
Bigger pieces like appraisal kits, vehicle wraps and campaign suites are delivered in stages... typically four to six business days. You'll always know the timeline before I start.
Yes. The Handoff is yours to keep whether you continue or not. You can use it as a standalone setup for your internal team, or continue into Fully Handled and I run the system for you.
Every client gets one priority request a month. Auction Saturday doesn't wait, and I've built for that.
Yes... with two weeks' notice before your renewal date. Winter slowdown, holidays, between campaigns. When you're ready to come back, paused clients get first priority on the next opening. [Inside the two weeks? The pause starts at the following renewal instead.]
Me. The designer behind Barfoot & Thompson's 80+ branch network and Jarden's publications.
Property development branding, project brochures, websites and video are quoted separately [subscription clients get priority]. Full copywriting isn't included, light copy tidying is.
Production keeps moving. Your next request starts, and the one waiting on feedback comes straight back the moment you reply. Nothing stalls.
Real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, buyers' agents, and property managers. Most clients are in the property sector... it's where the volume of production output really demands this kind of setup, and a space I've worked in extensively throughout my career.
No. Most clients come in with something to work with... a logo, some templates, a look and feel... even if it's inconsistent. Part of The Handoff is pulling that together into something that actually holds. If you genuinely have nothing, we'll talk through it in the Fit Check.
The Handoff is how you start. One month, one job: get you set up. Your brand system and template library built. Fully Handled is the ongoing monthly subscription that keeps everything moving after that. Most clients do both, in that order.

Most requests come back within 2 business days. That's possible because the foundations are already in place [that's what the Handoff builds] — your templates exist, your brand is documented, your assets are in one place. There's no setup time eating into turnaround.
That depends on availability. I take one new client per month... when a spot is open, we can usually start at the next renewal date. The Fit Check is how you check current availability.
